UK Delivery
Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 2–3 working days.
Once dispatched, standard UK delivery usually takes approximately 3–5 working days.
During particularly busy periods, weekends, bank holidays or around events and shows, dispatch may occasionally take a little longer.
Delivery Charges
Free UK delivery is available on orders over £30.
Standard delivery charges apply to orders below £30 and will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Where tracking information is available for your delivery, this will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Because our dog treats are food products, we cannot accept the return of products that have been opened or where the product's seal has been broken.
If a product is eligible for return, it must be unopened, unused and in its original sealed packaging.

Refunds
Once an eligible return has been received and checked, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved.

Delivery Problems
