We carefully prepare and pack every Greedy Parker order before sending it on its way to you and your dog.

UK Delivery

Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 2–3 working days.

Once dispatched, standard UK delivery usually takes approximately 3–5 working days.

During particularly busy periods, weekends, bank holidays or around events and shows, dispatch may occasionally take a little longer.

Delivery Charges

Free UK delivery is available on orders over £30.

Standard delivery charges apply to orders below £30 and will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Where tracking information is available for your delivery, this will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Problems

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us and we'll be happy to look into it for you.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include photographs of the parcel and affected products where possible. This helps us resolve the problem quickly.

Incorrect Delivery Details

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order.

If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we'll do our best to update the delivery details.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change or redirect it.
